  • Eight print heads are coupled with single pass printing for high volume production.

  • Up to 1200dpi printing for photographic quality full color CMYK-WWWW with 4 white ink cartdridge underbase printing.

  • State of the art in house pre-treat system. Soft-hand waterbase inks are cured using digital equipment. Colorfast wash-safe.

CMYK only. No white ink on dark color polyester.

 

Capabilities

We can print on selected caps, cap bills, cotton sneakers, sleeves, 100% polyester (white fabric), tote bags, coasters, and over some zippers, seams and buttons.


PLEASE ASK US BEFORE PLACING ORDER.

 

Safety colors, camo, water resistant washed or dyed garments, Gildan Ultra Cotton and Hanes Beeft Tees print very poorly.

 

Garment Guidelines and Suggestions

We only print on 100% Cotton Garments of any color. Lighter colors normally print better.
 

White garments can be made of blends, or 100% Polyester.
 

No garment can be treated with a stain resistant / waterproofing chemical.

 

Avoid products with more than a 1 X 1 rib fabric as fabric weave will affect print detail.
 

DTG Printing uses water base inks and a Pre-Treat solution, and doesn’t produce the brightest most vivid color so please let your customer know.

 

Limitations

•We cannot print on or above pocket tees.

•We cannot print on sweats that contain hoods or pockets.

•We cannot print on shorts, sweat pants, bags or bulky items of any kind.

•We cannot  print white ink on any polyester material due to re-sublimating of garment dyes which tint white ink.

ANY BRAND OR STYLE NOT LISTED ABOVE CANNOT BE RECOMMENDED FOR DTG PRINTING. IF ANY OTHER GARMENT STYLE IS SUPPLIED FOR YOUR ORDERS, WE CANNOT GURANTEE PRINT OR QUALITY AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINISHED PRODUCT, OR DYE LOTS AND MANUFACTURING CHANGES THAT CAN EFFECT PRINTING.


 

Art Guidelines

All artwork should be submitted as Vector art (.eps, .ai.) or as high res. .psd, .pdf, or .tiff (300 dpi min) with layers & transparent backgrounds.


DESIGN APPROVALS MUST BE IN WRITING.

 

Converting artwork from 72 dpi to 300 dpi will not yield good results & in most cases not useable. Art charges will apply to re-draw a design.

 

For Larger files use our drop box. Full CMYK - WWWW (four white ink cartridges) with imprints up to 1200 dpi available.
